I’m a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier, happier life. With years of experience in the field, I take immense pride in the positive impact I make on my clients' lives.

Since 2005, I have been working as a dedicated one-on-one trainer in Hollis, witnessing incredible transformations and inspiring journeys. In 2011, I took a significant step forward by establishing my own gym, providing a personalized and supportive environment for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 13 to 91 years old, each with unique needs and aspirations. It brings me great joy to witness clients, even in their later years, discover their inner strength and achieve fitness levels they never thought possible. Many of my clients have sought my guidance for rehabilitation from injuries, particularly relating to their back, shoulder, and knees. I find immense fulfillment in assisting them through the rehabilitation process and witnessing their joy as they experience the transformative benefits of weight training.

As a personal trainer, I prioritize variety and proper form in every workout session. I constantly introduce new exercises and techniques to keep workouts engaging, challenging, and effective. I believe that proper form is crucial, and I am committed to ensuring that my clients perform exercises correctly, maximizing their results and minimizing the risk of injury.
