Certified by ISSA as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I am confident in my ability to guide you to proper clean eating to attain your weight loss goals. With my medical background, I know my limitations when making suggestions and I do not push supplements. Learning how to read labels for carbohydrates and sugars is the first key. ┬áLearning to eat more protein (if you don’t have kidney disease) and more healthy fats in your diet is another key factor in weight loss. ┬áMany of my clients have lost 20 to 30+ pounds with me since they began their fitness journey.
