Pushups, squat jumps, lunges, burpees, mountain climbers, jump rope, the agility ladder are all dependent on what you are capable of doing. I am always shocked when my 91 year old client can do most of the exercises I have mentioned!

Treadmill, recombinant bike, and Concept II Rowing machine are all available to add into your workout or you can come in before or stay after to get additional cardio in while you are there.
