The kettle bells range from 3# to 35# and can include a large variety of exercises. I generally use these on days when I am doing circuit training.
Bands, free weights, medicine balls, and battling ropes are all part of the varied exercises. Everything is based on what you can physically do and your stamina that day. I never push you beyond your limits. The idea is to challenge you to become more fit, not to make you get an injury or hate what you are doing. I try to inspire you to do your best, so you see the results you are looking for.
