All sessions include a variety of weightlifting techniques to keep your exercise interesting and to keep your body from getting used to the same routine every time.
30 Minute Sessions
One session a week would keep you fit enough to work around the house and do daily tasks with more ease. Two sessions a week is enough to make changes to your body and realize significant progress.
Some people think an hour would be too much and a half hour just isn't long enough.
Hour long sessions are difficult. You will defiantly see results from hour sessions, but I am able to give a great workout in a half hour. Unless you are already fit, I would suggest half hour sessions.
