Additional Strength Training
The kettle bells range from 3# to 35# and can include a large variety of exercises. I generally use these on days when I am doing circuit training. Fluidity
This is a personalized Barre class for one person. Again, we could do a full body workout with this if you prefer, I generally only add in a couple of exercises.
TRX
TRX is body weight suspension training. Using your own body weight you perform a variety of exercises suspended by yellow straps affixed to my cable machine. You can get a full body workout with TRX and we could do an entire class with just those if you would like.
Weight Machines
I have Life Fitness equipment, as you might see in any large gym. I have the leg press, leg curl, leg extension, low/ high back cable pull, low back hyperextension, Smith machine, and dual cable machine. Two adjustable benches and a decline bench.
